2 ways to apply for BCE. Which is better?

Hello guys

 

I'm planning to apply for BCE these days but I found 2 ways to apply for that with different benefits, Amex official lik($50+1yr Amazon Prime) and Amex Universal Link ($25 + $100) . Does anyone can apply for Amex Universal? Or it is just for selected groups?

Which benefit sounds more appealing to you? For me I went with the offer for Amazon Prime.

I prefer the cash back, so it's really your preference.
