I have a First Progress secured and a Cap 1 secured in the mail. Just applied for FNBO secured Kickstarter, but got a "we'll get back to you in 2 to 4 weeks" That's the longest response time I've ever seen. Anyone have experience with them? A backdoor number would be awesome if someone has it.
I have read elsewhere that they take two to three weeks to underwrite these cards. It's probably not a denial, but they are very slow.
CH-7,
I hope that's it. Thanks for the info!

I have 2 unsecured cards from this bank, this is their standard canned response you most likely hear from them sometime this coming week, all apps with them are manually reviewed just like US Bank.
Thanks, Gdale!
Got an email from FNBO yesterday saying the process takes 10 -15 days. They provided a link where I can check the apps status. Shows it's pending.
Until Tuesday, 1/20, the FNBO online status was pending. Today, it's "information does not match any of our records." That can't be good.
Funny. Op you are probably right. can't be good. but just wait for the letter and see. we can't possibly tell you for sure. good luck. but are you saying this is a secured card from fnbo???. then i would not worry of it. but if its their normal card. just wait it out. no need to have 3 secured cards. eventually the 2 you have will grow and all the unsecured cards will be coming your way.
UPDATE: I received a letter from them requiring that I returned a photo of my driver's license showing my physical address. The app provided the opportunity to add a PO Box, which I did. I think that created some kind of problem. On their status online page, The address had changed from my real address to the PO Box. After sending them a copy of my driver's license, the address online has gone back to my physical address. Now yesterday, the deposit was finally withdrawn from my bank. Think I'm back on track.
This will be it for new accounts for probably the rest of the year. Have several baddies dropping off this year, and a couple I need to find some GW success with. No luck on that front so far.
Another update:
I know you're all on pins and needles waiting to hear the latest. So here it is. They approved the card as of yesterday 2/18. Card should arrive in 7 to 10 business days. If it arrives in 7 days, this whole process would have taken 47 days.
I guess my gardening time has to reset. I'm set for the year. Now it's just GW letters, one PFD and several aging off in 2015.
