Hey all,
I'm looking at an AMEX Hilton (not sure which one yet) for 1/2020, but I had four approvals in 2019, two in September, one each in June and February. Particulary for Chase, any reason I should wait a bit longer than 4 months to go for another card? My profile isn't exactly thin but it's nowhere near rock solid yet. My brain is regardless telling me to garden for a bit but it's surprisingly hard to convince myself.
Unless you have an urgent need, the Hilton card will still be there when you get out of the garden

1. In my opinion your profile is not "thin". You have enough credit cards for the rest of your life, as far as FICO scoring is concerned.
2. I doubt that your getting an Amex card in January would spook Chase.
All very good points, so I may clamp down and garden just a little bit. Although boy does it kill me!
