5/3 Real Life Rewards Pending

Whenever I go into their branch they are dying to sell me on a product but was told oh u have 2. How about a mortgage ? No thanks I'm not casually looking for a mortgage lol

ddemari, they are absolutely chomping at the bits for me to open a new checking/savings combo with them. And i completely understand and am alright with that as is a common standard business practice to encourage new banking customers BUT, Credit Products Only is my current relationship and that has worked very very well for both of us to date and i'm good enough with that the way it is right now.

Oh no not MSU!! Coming from Ann Arbor I couldn't bring myself to apply for that card. Although after that game this weekend I don't blame anyone for being an MSU fan lol.

I called today and they said it was denied.  Probably too many new accts!!

Thanks!  I'm ok with it, 5/3 cards aren't the best for rewards, but I'll update with the denial reason when I get it.

sorry to hear B335.  My guess is their standard response that you have the maximum credit they can offer.  no biggie, their cards are just for padding credit limits and not much useful elsewhere.  I got shot down by MSU today.  They pulled EX.  couldnt even join.
