That is the EXACT same prequal I got at first. I can tell you from my experience, friends, and family, keep checking online for prequalified offers. Even if it generates an error, or you don't see any, you will get more mail offers. Then within a short time they could improve. The APR will lower, the 0% apr will extend, and more cards will come. I was in disbelief I would even get approved with citi. Very very pleased, although low limit, with my 18 months no interest, then 13.99% double cash. My scores were 690-705 range upon approval, end of july. I kept tossing offers. Started seeing 12.99 with simplicity too.
