Started off with a secured Visa card with PNC for about 3 years with a 500 dollar limit - made full payments on time with 4% utilization. Current FICO score from PNC showed 770. About 3 weeks ago, I applied to Capital1 Platinum (approved for 3000) and Discover IT (approved for 2500). Decided to also apply to the Amex BCE however I was declined straightaway. Current FICO score from PNC showed 770. Discover shows a FICO score of 792 and Capital1 shows a creditwise score of 720.

There are too few accounts currently paid as agreed.
There is no recent information about installment loans on your report.
The length of time your accounts have been established.
There are too many credit inquiries on your report in the last 12 months."
Given this - should I wait a few months (3 to 6) after using the Capital1 and Discover IT cards to establish some further credit and then try to reapply for the Amex BCE? Thanks for any input!
Yeah those brand new accounts are giving them pause. Give them time to cool down before apping again.
Otherwise it looks like this card should be a sure thing.

Thanks for this post OP.
Thin profile is why I am holding out on applying for Amex BCE. Many think I should just go for it based on my 754 EX but I only have a 4 month old Cap1 secured with a $200 limit.
