Capital One's 1/6 Rule

Hello,

I can't seem to find out if this counts for the Playstation and or GM Cards that Capital One offers? I'd Like to have 3 total cards The Platinum (currently have will move to QS at some point), Venture, and GM or Playstation.

It does... I applied for Sony on April and I keep getting denied automatically when I try another app

You can only apply for 1 capital one card every 6 months.
