FWIW I have the Delta Plat card. Had it for 7 years. I put $50 to $200 a month on the card. My CL is $34,800. I got every CLI with no requirement to file a tax return. I haven't asked for a CLI for somewhere around three years. For all I know, if I asked for one today I'd be required to provide a tax return.
