AMEX CLI Help

Approved for BCP March 21st of this year and got a 3X CLI May 21st. Approved for Delta card on October 15th and tried for a CLI this evening and got the 7-10 message. Is my time the 180 days from the BCP CLI or, 61 days from the October 15th Delta card approval?

Re: AMEX CLI Help

180 from BCP CLI.

The 61 day wait after account opening is no longer a thing...

I got my first 3x CLI on May 21 of this year also. I just requested another 3x a few hours ago and was approved. Today, November 22, is 180 days + 1. You should be good to go in terms of calendar days, all other things being equal. (I had zero balance on my card today when I asked.)

Re: AMEX CLI Help

Here's the exact date http://www.convertunits.com/dates/180/daysfrom/Mar+21,+20150 . Sept 17, 2015 was the 180th day from your first CLI.

Today is my 180th day since first CLI. I wonder if I can request today or wait till tomorrow?

Re: AMEX CLI Help

Hi everyone.  I found that out the hard way last week with Amex for my everyday card.  I was over the 60 day mark on my card and tried for the CLI.  They gave me the 7-10 day thing.  Got a letter from them saying they could not raise because of my credit score as of 11/14.  Guess they look at the fico score they have on file as that is the latest one I see Amex generating in my online account.  Bad thing is they don't say what an acceptable score is which sucks!  Been making ontime payments and shaving that balance down so not sure what gives.  I may consider doing away with them as its more of a hastle than help.
