Im looking to do the 3x CLI on my Investor card, I wasnt eligible at the 61 day mark and im approaching the 91 day mark. Im reading people getting luck after 91 days and even around 100 days. The first rep i talked to of course said i had to wait 6 months. When its time do i have a better chance calling the lending department directly with the backdoor number ? Link is unavailable atm.
I might even app for the new BCE if im still not eligible by then.

The link probably won't ever show up. Its presence/absence doesn't mean anything. It's been glitchy for months now.
And I don't think calling lending (if there even is a direct number to them - not sure) would be any different than using chat/the link.
