I have almost been with Amex for 2 years now, and have not receieved a CLI and have even been denied a couple. I have a $1000 CL and have not been bumped since opening. I have paid off in full nearly full time, and CS is 700+. Has anyone else had issues with this?

Hi @Anonymous , welcome to the forums.
You mentioned that you have been denied a couple times for the CLI requests. Can you elaborate on the reasons they provided? It appears you were approved from what is considered a 'starter' SL based on your profile at the time. What is suppressing your current scores?

2 years no CLI.. wow. Just curious: what sort of card is this? Also, have you applied for any of their other cards? what has been the result there?
Well I'm currently 700+ with each Bureau, and I have a utilization around 20/23% for all cards, and I get the response of credit utilitzation too high or score is no high enough, and it's frustrating becuase my Fiance with almost an identical credit profile just got 10,000 CL with Amex. This is the Delta Platinum Skymiles Amex.
I have not applied for any of their other cards yet, the one I currently have is the Amex Delta Platinum Skymiles card because I travel delta frequently.
1. Welcome!
2. you can't compare profiles
3. I believe I know the reason(s):
credit utilitzation too high -- big no no
score is not high enough -- they may work with you on this one
Im not trying to be funny but they're basically telling you they don't like it. Depending on income, other limits you have and weather the utilization you gave is is across all cards or just one or 2. For instance if you have several cards reporting less that 10% but one is at 75% and your aggregate utilization is 20% Amex isn't loving the card that's near maxed out. My suggestion is to practice AZEO = all zero except one and let that cycle, just make sure that one card with a balance has under 10% of the limit reporting. Under 8.9% is the sweetest spot but just keep the math easy.

While it may seem like your fiance's profile may appear to be identical, it really isn't. Profiles are much like fingerprints, no-two are alike despite the similarities. If you were to strategize the utilization per card (and overall), then those scores could stand to improve. That would be some of the first steps I would take to address that issue. Do you currently have any negatives on your CRs?
What is your balance and limit on each of your cards?
