Yes. A few months ago I paid my Amazon Biz card via a BT from USBank.
I hope this isn't the reason. I just used two BT offers to pay off 2 cards.
I doubt it is the BT. I have done 3 BT to my Navy cards and still qualify for 7 SUBs in the last 12 months.
+1

I have 2 personal revolvers , Amex Gold and Hilton Honors Surpass. I have 2 business cards, the Green and Amazon.
I received SUBs on all. All accounts remain open and in good standing. I have never used Amex for a balance transfer.
Yes, I took advantage of 4 welcome offers. Just last month I paid a $95 annual fee.
WTH?
Within what timespan did these applications and subs occur?

Even if you have not closed any accounts or engaged in any "abuse", they still will only pay out so many bonuses to you within a certain amount of time. Who knows what that timeframe may be, but I'd just keep checking back and make sure you are putting some spend on the existing cards because at least anecdotally that seems to matter with the popup.

@mikesonthemend.. It means that Amex is saying No SUB soup for you ,
they are willing to give you the card with no perks.
I have had this happen to me before.
Yup me to! @M_Smart007

Was the most recent app within 90 days? I found the following info:
"Another important restriction to keep in mind is that you cannot get a sign-up bonus if you’ve gotten a new Amex card within 90 days of your application. While you can apply for two cards within a three month period, you probably won’t want to because you won’t get bonuses for both cards."

@KLEXH25, Good Find! .. I believe this is exactly what happened to Me.
I had opened a Hilton and a Cash Magnet ..received both SUB's and then went for The Schwab Amex Investor card,
That is when I got the pop-up for no SUB. I took the card because It had value to me without the SUB.
I got an outstanding SCL , Low APR and I wanted the card to start aging.
But ..they did honor the 0% purchases for 6 months.
I had 2 charge cards and hit 7 revolvers. (Not including business cards) .. No Soup for me ever since
7 Revolvers?? I thought you could only have 4.

I got my gold and Delta Platinum almost back to back. Got both subs over the last couple of weeks.

You can have as many as your income and credit can support. Most people can't get past 5 though.
