So I just got approved for a business Simply Cash AMEX so I thought I would try for the BCE on my personal account (since they pull the same information) but I got a

In order to provide you with an instant decision, we need to speak with you - message. Has anyone had experience with this and if so, what was the outcome when you spoke to them? I'll call them shortly to discuss, but I was hoping to hear some positive feedback prior to doing so! 
Is this a bad thing?

Verification, call them.
Application has to be approved manually because there were two applied for within the same week. Had to verify information to make sure I wasn't an imposter trying to get the card. Of course now there is the waiting game for a couple of days to find out if it will be approved. 
Does anyone know if they will email to let you know it was approved or will you just receive a card (or notice if denied)?
They should send you a congratulations email within a couple days (or sooner) and you can also check the status progress online Good luck! I think you'll get it
