The "Congrats" are for the OP's SimplyCash approval. The personal BCE, however, is still pending for the OP.

Had simular situation after applying a day apart for cards. First was instant approved, second required call for verification due to the time between applications. First was instant approved for 15K and second approved while talking to them for verification for 15K. Calling is the thing to do.
I have not heard anything more about the BCE card as of yet. They told me I should have an answer by Tuesday. I'm hoping i haven't heard yet just because it's the weekend??
