I got an email from a branch manager saying I was approved (the actual phrase was "I want to thank you for joining AOD Federal Credit Union"), but I never received the DocuSign email you described. Very strange, something seems to have been missed. The only DocuSign documents I got was the "application check list" and the membership application, fee disclosure, and account disclosure.
Looking at DocuSign, the Membership Application is what I am referring to. "AOD Membership Documents" was the subject of the email. The credentials were at the bottom of the email and not on the document.

I never received that email. Somebody has some explaining to do.
Ok thank you, will check my emails for that as I've been approved for checking and savings.
I got my member number in one of the documents, and when I try and sign up for e-link it says it will send me a code to do 2 step verification to my phone but it doesn't ever send the code?
I ended up downloading the authy app and now see my checking and savings on the app.
Here is my timeline:
