UPDATE: so I just got an email for a DocuSign for membership and loan application, is this an approval?

So, I was done after 10k approval with synovus, and being denied by penfed. But seeing how being a myfico'er, and also being an Alabama resident, and passing this credit union everyday going to work, I couldn't resist. Not sure I did the app correctly, I was sliding the bar where it asked what amount I was looking for and slid it to 10k, and the interest rate continued to increase up to 10% went to the end of app and it said something like 17.?? Thought that was weird, submitted and both are under review. Realized later that I had EQ frozen. Duh. So I guess will be waiting for a call Monday about that. Will keep posted on results pics below of that synovus approval, as well as what AOD sent.

@GApeachy tried the 1800 number. Said I needed to speak to a CSR during normal business hours. Is this incorrect? Should I phone them again?

@Anonymous my employer has a customer on there list of ways to join. Probably going to remit both applications when they call Monday. Was an impulse thing and at this point I'm pretty good on what I have and think I really am ready for garden.
