So, as I stated in a separate post, my credit reports were dinged 5 TIMES EACH...Now, I have questions about their approval process.
I didn't get instantly approved. It went through the public record process, and sent an email stating my app was in process. It asked for POI to be uploaded.
I uploaded it separately from the application, but within the hour. Now, I'm trying to figure out how long does it take for an approval? My sister apped for the same
card and they denied her within the hour. Is it a good sign that I haven't been denied, and it's been almost 8 hours? Just wondering...If anyone has gotten approved
for this same card, could you share your experience with the approval process? I didn't receive any conditional approvals, just 5 dings to each report. I wondered
if the fact that they pulled TU after they pulled EQ meant that I had a good chance at gettting the card? Just curious. Any thoughts and insights are welcome!
Sorry to hear this happened. I think I got on the train early on last year. My approval process was EQ and TU at same time (one each). I waited two days and was approved. No POI, identity or anything else required. Good luck
Just to update, I got an email this morning stating that I was conditionally approved for $5000 based off of the receipt of a current utility bill, last 2 paystubs, and 2016's W-2. The rep informed me to give it 72 hours and I should be receiving another email stating that my account is fully approved and when to expect my card in the mail. So, I've uploaded all docs, and I'm just waiting on the "evaluation" to complete so I can see what this card is about. I'll keep you posted!
ANOTHER UPDATE:
I got approved! I got the email saying that my card was "BOOKED" 2 hours after I submitted the requested documentation. The email stated that I would receive my card in the mail within 7-10 days. Now I have to figure out how long is 7-10 days REALLY for them because I have heard so many stories where people have received their card in 4 days, and some 2 weeks. So, I'll continue to keep you posted for those that are interested in the card.

congrats
I got mine in about 10 days.
WaveRider, was that 10 days from your approval message? What confuses me about them is the fact that they are an out of the country bank. Would you mind sharing some insight on the card? Things like, ease of use, customer service reliability, fraud protection, cash advances, etc? I just wanted to know what to expect because I can't even locate any info online regarding the card other than the miles and the application. Anything would help! Thanks!

Mine was about 2 weeks after approval, but I was in the initial wave when apps were opened last fall
Thanks for the info, Woodyman...I wonder if you can have both cards at the same time? I read a post where a poster stated that he applied for one and got approved on 12/8, then applied for another like, 4 days later and got approved for that one too. Same APR, and same limit...I'm trying to keep the app finger from itching! LOL!
TA088 accomplished it, but I was sent to the curb
