Hello, I'm about to have both a mortgage drop off my credit, as well as about 10k worth of revolving debt be paid off, so now I'm just waiting for everything to cycle.
I want to cut back on inquiries if at all possible, and wanted to ensure the following cards do not have a HP when requesting a CLI:
BOA Travel Rewards
Discover It
AMEX (blue everyday i think?)
Citi Diamond
Citi Simplicity
The above ones I'm pretty sure have no hp, but I'm getting differing answers when it comes to these:
Keybank Latitude
USBank Platinum
Chase Disney/Slate (pretty sure this one is HP)
THANK YOU in advance!!
Chase is always a hard pull my G.
As far as Keybank and US Bank are concerned i am not sure. I'd ring them up and ask.

Citi can be SP -- if available (the online prompt usually lets you know before proceeding).
US Bank can be either or -- some members have reported SP while others have had HP. Same for KeyBank. Up to you to determine how you'd want to proceed with these two, just be aware of a possible HP.
Chase is definitely HP.
AMEX, Citi, and Discover have always been soft pull credit limit increases for my wife and me.
BofA CLIs are soft pulls.
