No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
Amex Everyday - Well I read to try to get a CLI on activation, Denied (Card too new, try again in 90 days)
Discover IT - Tried 16 and 17 day, Denied (Card to new, account length of time)
Capital One QS Visa - Almost 3 statements paid - Denied (2 to 3 day message, assuming denied)
Sallie Mae - I didn't try on this one because it looks like a Hard pull.
This is just a fyi.. My cards are new but I don't want someone to waste thier time. I see all these 3x cli and 16/17 day increases and I got excited.
I even called Amex and asked if I was to apply for the BCE would they have to do another Hard pull... they do.
My goal is cards with 5k to 6k on them instead of sub 3k.
Now lets see how many congratz I get ..... lol
No congrats here sorry
Some advice tho:
Credit grows with time and it's something that can't be rushed especially with the lenders you tried with and on the flip side they are also the ones that you can grow with
Garden what you have and I'm sure you'll cross the 5-6k threshold in no time

Congrats for not typing congrats!
I understand it is difficult to be patient. Credit establishment is a process that requires some time. Trust me....I know how you feel. I have often wanted too much too soon, only to find myself smacked back into reality. I'm backing off due to getting too many declines lately. I was on a roll for awhile and snatched some great cards. The garden shall groweth!

You know me better than that ....Tell it like it is....Lol
If your goal is a 5k limit you should sit on the card you got now for about 6-8 months then app for a venture or CSP . You might even get to 5k before 6 months by way of cli . Just take it one step at a time and youll get there in no time .
Totally agree with others no way should you be wasting time with trying to get cards a few days old to get cli that fast. use them is the best thing. pay them off. and wash rinse and repeat. then in no time you will see them growing. im still in shock. i started about 18 months ago with a 500 dollar card. that same card is 6k right now. and i barely use it. so it happens. with time. Basically went from 500 in Dec 2013. to 100k plus right now. and scores are stronger than ever. good luck.
I agree with eveyone else here.
Just sit on the cards and let them Grow. Discover and AMEX it is possible to exceed 5 digit lines. It takes time and a great file. Manage what you have now always pay on time. Venture will be in grasp within no time if you wanna go that route. However a 5k line should be easy with either the Amex or the IT as your relationship grows.
