Advice on 2nd NFCU card and CLI on first, which do I do first? Today is my 91 days and 3 statement

Thanks for all the advice guys! Was just approved for the flagship with a 25k limit! 

Quick question on the CLI request for my more rewards, I know I don't request over the phone otherwise it's likely another hard pull, but when I request online do I do it through secure messaging or is there like a "Request CLI" button in the app that I'm missing?

OP, as far as requesting a CLI, you can do so online via desktop or the app via your mobile or tablet device (it's not requested via SM). Click on the card to expand the details, then click on the Manage Card icon - the Increase Credit Limit option should display.
