I applied for a limit increase (hardpull unfortunately) last Friday and hadn't heard anything. I figured it was denied and a letter would come but...
It's easy to forget how small this financial institution is. I'm trying to see which banks and credit unions I should keep long term. Spoiler: I was already keeping Affinity. It just makes it easier to close some other accounts if some will grow.
I will update in 11 (or 1?) days when a decision is reached.

To me they seem to be a very conservative lender. But maybe that's just because they keep turning me down I joined 5 1/2 years ago, with a $2500 starting limit. After about a year they increased my limit to 10k, and there it's stayed ever since. At the time they only had one underwriter, and I actually spoke to her on the phone
Like many if not most credit unions, every request is a hard pull, and there's no such thing as an auto CLI.
They actually gave me my highest SL yet which was $10k on a pretty low income and they never asked me for poi or anything. It did take awhile for them to approve my credit card application a few months ago (and back then they had a 7-10 day wait).
I've been really happy with Affinity FCU, their card is great and I'm loving their checking/savings.

I would second that; they are good. 2 day early direct deposit on one of the checking accounts. 2% interest one on of the savings accounts. Can't beat that.
I recently was approved for membership. Put in app for cc but not heard anything since. From reading here it's normal. I'm 100% expecting denial but if approved will take it lol.
My application took about 3 weeks until I got an email saying I was approved and then another week for the card. I figured I was denied also. And customer service doesn't have any information to provide.

Cool. Yeah I'm so past point of calling in. I get it or I don't. Though tomorrow isn't guaranteed for anyone, hp denials are like taxes and death, they will happen no matter what I wish lol.
They sent me docusign documents today. The dollar amount shown says 15000. Not sure if that's the increase or the total new limit if approved. Either way works for me.
