I just received a notice today on my EX report of a New Application at Alliance Data does anyone know what/who this is? I haven't authorizd anything is almost a month.

Appears to be associated with Comenity ... have any Comenity cards? Ask for CLIs recently? (Assuming this was a hard pull?)

If a soft pull, probably just for marketing.

I have a couple of cards with them. I haven't asked for a CLI in a 3-4 months. I was always being turned down. My last card I apped for with them was a ULTA card in December, HP on EQ baby $400 limit.

Did you do the prequal for the Ikea Projekt Card? The same notification came back on mine. Mine specifically said that it will not show up on my credit report. It was more of an identity alert.
