PNC has a pre-approval, Not sure if its only for customers or their secured CC customers however I gave it a shot and got the screen i posted is it worth a shot?
Thats unfortunate, I don't want the uneccesary hard pull so I will skip that
I do know in the past when I clicked that button to see if i was pre-selected it would say no.
Got ya, I will hang tight for sure last thing i want is a hard inquiry

Hey! My wife actually had a similar situation because she banks with PNC as well. She had a set solid APR on her recommendation and was still denied. I would take any offers they give you as a grain of salt and always prepare for a hard inquiry with no outcome as worst case
These words of caution should not just apply to PNC, but instead to any lender. Preapprovals are a good indicator that one MAY be approved, but are never a guarantee. I've been successful with PNC preapprovals, as have many others.
My preapprovals show preapproved credit limit and solid apr
Good Luck!
