Am I ready to apply for CSP?

AGH!!! I applied for CSP and Freedom Unlimited back to back to hopefully only get 1 HP.

From the FU app, I got an email saying 30 days, and when I called the application status phone number, it says 30 days as well so please cross your fingers for me everyone!

Maybe 3rd post will stick... I applied for CSP and Freedom Unlimited back to back hoping for only 1 HP, but both said they will review and let me know in 30 days.

Immediately called the application status line and it also says 30 days, so please cross your fingers for me everyone! Ugh the Chase waiting game begins!

Should I call the back door and talk to an underwriter, or just wait it out?

I have seen general consensus for the 30 day message to just wait, and also seen quite a few people who called some back door number to talk to an underwriter and just had to verify a few things for approval.

My score was much lower when I was approved for CSP. Got a 20k limit and approved for the freedom 3 months later with a same day CLI from 5K to 7500. You should definitely be approved.

Only call the automated line to check! Don't talk to a live person!

I fly off the handle this past week talking high & mighty about having no desire to app for anything. Even have the gold sobriety spade to show I'm walking the walk, not just talking the talk. Then I see a post like this and I get to thinking, like "I can do this too".

Got a notice from CapitalOne credit tracker of a new inquiry, oddly it shows only 1 from Chase, while my LL tracker shows two separate inquiries from them (1 for CSP and another for FU) so they definitely pulled TransUnion which is good since it is 765 now.

Not sure if they pulled any others yet but the app status line still says 30 days so I'm really hopeful

I beat the 5/24 yesterday and got the freedom. I would wait it out and only call if need be after you have a decision, but be confident. I think you will get the card. Good Luck.

So... Good news but I'm not sure which. I applied for CSP and FU within about 60 seconds. Calling the automated status line tonight it said i am approved and my card will be here in a few days but how do i know which card? Or if one was approved and the other not?

Is it safe to choose the option to ask an agent at this point? If CSP was approved i would like them to expedite it.

Side note, got a letter from TU today that they deleted my only remaining baddie a few weeks ago (before my Chase apps) so when they double TU pulled me they got a perfectly clean 765+ file
