Waiting for the letter, guy said he could only tell me it was declined and that the letter would state reason. I'm fairly sure I know why (high util on my Amex Revolvers). Like I said, it was a spur of the moment app, and it only cost a SP, so not too heartbroken. I'll call the number from the Costco letter and see if they can push anything through, I'm sure they don't want to just lose someone to Citi.

How does one apply for a BCP with only a  SP?  I would like to gamble with your scores, you could get approved from a HP and a recon. If not the BCP, the BC or ED. Better to wait I suppose.

If you're already a member, denials are only SP. An approval would generate a HP.
