A 650 TU = $3500 CL  Your CLOC is out of balance with the rest of your portfolio. Are you an AU on that or any of your accounts?  What is your utilization?  Any BKs or COs or collections? Are you under 21?

>7/2025 All 3 reports 830 - 845(F8) F9s = all 850 but my app finger is still twitching

I am not an authorized user on any accounts.

My utilization right now is about 7% but I pay in full every balance.

I had a medical collection that just got removed and one public record that is being taken care of now as well.

I wish I were 21, I am almost 42.  haha.

Re: Amazon Prime card CLI denials (synchrony)

I'm in the same boat, kinda sorta, as the OP. I got my Amazon store card with a $800 SL at Thanksgiving (unfortunately I wasn't tracking my FICO scores closely then so I don't know what it was when I was approved, I'd bet it was low 600's at best) and haven't been able to get a CLI on it since then - tried via CLI button and call to Credit Solutions in March, then tried again via the CLI button in May. Of course, my TU score was in the 620's then and it's close to 650 now; I've heard it needs to be 650 or over before Synchrony will even deign to say more than "sorry, lol nope". I have about 12% utilization overall factoring in my new Penfed Power Cash Rewards, and one public record in addition to my 2014 BK (a civil judgment from 2011 that might end up being removed this month due to the new CRA policies regarding such; in fact, it doesn't even appear on my EX and EQ reports). I'm planning to call Credit Solutions straight up once my next statement cuts and I get my updated TU FICO.

Re: Amazon Prime card CLI denials (synchrony)

My Amazon Prime Store Card SL was $800 2yrs ago.

No auto increases, denied twice by button, once by phone.

Tried calling CS one more time a week or two ago. Asked for $2k and was approved.

I know some baddies were deleted on my TU so my score probably went up but don't know the score until CCT updates on 7/8

Re: Amazon Prime card CLI denials (synchrony)

I have been "stuck" at $10k for a while now. Every time I request I just get a denial stating BK.

Re: Amazon Prime card CLI denials (synchrony)

I'm another one who has not felt the AP/Synchrony love until recently. I started with a SCL of $1.4k (that was on the lower end of approvals but justifiable at the time). I used the card heavily and always paid the balance either right before statement cut or after. FYI, the balances never exceed 10-15% of the total credit line. I pushed the love button unsuccessfully multiple times. Then I stop using the card because it was a hassle managing the balance and I had other cards where I could put my Amazon spend on without micromanaging the account.   Right before the annual anniversary of the account earlier this year, I hit the love button and received a bump to $2k. I made a few smaller charges but PIF'd 1-2 weeks afterwards. Then I made a large purchase and allowed the statement to cut. I paid in full the next cycle. After I received a nice bump on TU, I tried chat but was redirected to call CS to process the CLI. I was approved for a $5.5k CLI (amount requested). Maybe I got lucky with a nice representative at the right time!!! I won't ask for another increase anytime soon.

Re: Amazon Prime card CLI denials (synchrony)

I've been at $6K for a year and a half, but I figure I've reached my internal limit with Synchrony Bank. You might have to wait for the auto increase before you hit Credit Solutions up for an increase.

How long is it, usually, before one gets an auto-increase on the Amazon store card? I've had mine since November 2016 and, as I noted in my earlier post back in July, it's still at the original $800 SL even though I now have other cards ranging all the way up to $4300. I haven't attempted a CLI in several months but now that my TU is at 659 (over the "magic" 650 mark I mentioned in my previous post, though I don't know how consistent that is), I've been considering trying again. Has anyone ever gotten a CLI recently from pushing the button on their account page, or will it be mandatory to call Credit Solutions to get it out of them?
