I've never seen anyone take a HP from amazon cli chat, so you should just go back in and go for the CLI. And be happy you got a $25 credit on top of that!
I agree with rmitche8, I've never seen anyone incur a hard pull for a CLI with Amazon. I would get back on chat and go for that CLI now, and enjoy that free $25 too
*declined, not denied. You never actually went through with it.

The Above is the exact wording I received from Sychrony when I intitated a chat for a CLI. Then I called the backdoor number and the rep told me that it is never a HP and I haven't received an alert about an HP from Sync

My scores are similar to yours and I just went on chat this week and got my CL raised from $2500 to $3500. I started at $600 and went to $2500, then requested $3500. Never got a HP.

Yes they are. I was approved after Chapter 7 with a 600 credit score for $800.
I did a chat CLI a couple weeks ago after the link on the account page kept coming back as no. Initial approval was $1200, auto CLI after a couple statements to $1500, chat CLI request for $5000 (expecting a counter) was approved, all with just a SP! My account was opened in March too for anyone who is curious...

I think its standard verbiage (which leaves them the option of an HP if they choose to do so) but in my experience its never been done on a CLI request nor hav I ever heard of anyone else receiving HP on CLI requests.
