I've read that I would have to call CS to get a CLI > 10K?
Would it still be just a SP or would calling CS trigger a HP instead?

When I got my increase from 7.5 to 10K - I just click on the Request button and it's a SP for me
Not sure why yet but I was denied.
I called the CS number and asked to go from 10K to 15K.
They asked me a few questions and then said sorry.
She said that she doesn't think 10K is the top limit and my total synchrony exposure is only 25K.
Only things I can think of is the 15K Lowes card is only 6 months old and I've never posted more than 2K on the Amazon card.
I use the Amazon card regularly and had it for about 5 years now. It's been stuck at 10K for 3 years now.
I wanted to start buying more groceries/household products/Pet supplies through subscriptions and want to ensure my UTI on any single card stays below 15% which is the only reason I tried but I guess I can live without it...
I'll wait for the letter and see what they say.
I was trying my luck today. After getting significant increases on 4 cards in a row I thought I would see if I could bump my Amazon card above it's current $10K limit. Denied. This was shortly after increasing my Lowe's card from $17.5K to $30K. Oh well. I'm not going to bother to call in. I used to use the Amazon card a lot, but not that much anymore.
From what I've read here on the forum you HAVE to call in to get above 10K. The online system won't allow it.
Good job on the Lowe's bummp though...
