Amazon Visa Rewards Application

I recently applied for the Amazon Visa Rewards Application and I got a message stating that it's under review and I will get a response in 30 days.  Is this a denial?  I haven't even received an email yet.  It's been a few hours and I was just wondering if this is a denial.  I know you financial gurus on here might know.  My other credit card is CO Platinum.

The splash page that displays with the 30-day message is pretty standard.

But do you know if that message means it's an automated denial?

You can get a pretty good idea if it's a denial by calling the status line mentioned above and seeing what it says. Give a call and report back. It can absolutely go either way when you get the 30 day message.

OP, not necessarily. Keep in mind that there are a lot of factors that are considered for an approval.

That being said, how many other revolving tradelines do you currently have? What are your FICO scores? How about AAoA and utilization? Any negatives?

I have the following:

1 Mortgage

1 Auto

1 CC with Capital One

All in good standing.

No negatives, no BK and no judgements of any king. 

I'm going to call and see what they say.

How long have you had the cap one plat? What is the credit line like?

The CAP ONE is under a year with $3K low utiliz.

I just called the application line and they said it is under review and that I will get a response in the mail in 7 - 10 days.  I guess it' a denial.  Oh well.  :-(

My auto being under a year in good standing with previous auto loan paid off two years only

My credit card is under a year in good standing
