This is ridiculous. Once again, can't verify docs. I don't get it. I followed their instructions. I'm not scared to ever apply for anything with them again. I have 2 cra pulled for this and can't even verify my identity. Can appreciate steps to ensure this isn't fraud, but come on. This is just getting ridiculous now. I don't know who else to talk to. Roodog that totally sucks. I swear to God I know exactly what you are going through. Between Equifax having my birthday wrong, and an incorrect spelling of my name, I have had nothing but issues trying to show that I am who i am. But this is a new low for Chase, how the hell can they not verify you after following their instructions, not once but twice.

Give them hell and get your card... And **bleep** them to hell if they try any other shenanigans! Chase, pffft!

Lol. Thanks. Yeah, it has been some trouble, but it would help if I could be told exactly what the issue is. I still don't know why they can't verify anything and that is what gets me a little upset. I don't know how to fix it. At first, I thought the it was the pen mark. But they never confirmed that. Then, I sent dif docs. No idea what's wrong with those. I still don't know why I needed to verify in the first place. Hopefully, the exec office can get to the bottom of this for me.

I think the exec office will help you. Not sure where in the U.S. you live but maybe they will be able to have you go to a branch to submit the documents. And do tell us what they say is the problem?
