If it's a computer generated (denial) decision, SYNCB will not recon.  The only time a decision gets reversed is if an individual was declined due to verification and submits the required information within the alloted time.  For anything else, one would have to reapply.

@captainj - go to the BK sub forum and go to the thread that way. Looks like the user who posted the link has a different amount of posts showing in their setting and is giving us an invalid page.
