American Express Blacklist Questions

I see comments on this board from time to time about the American Express blacklist.  Thought it might be appropriate to start a thread dedicated only to that.  Has anybody gotten "off" their blacklist (which they apparently deny having) after having burned them in a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankrutpcy, including after years of being a good customer?
