Amex 4506-c wait times?

Hi there applied for a platinum(only other amex is business prime) on march 7th, and my application was declined due to the irs not sending in the form quickly enough and then was reopened when I called does anyone have any information regarding how long they had to wait recently?

I just recently had to do the 4506-c for my discover card, it only took one day for results and got approved
