Amex BCE CLI Request

Hi all,

Made a request online to do a 3x CLI from my current CL of 6.5K on my BCE, JUST activated the card an hour ago.

Got the "7-10 business days" message. I then called and asked to have this processed and they said to call back in 24 hours.

Thoughts?

Unfortunately the 7-10 day msg is usually not a good sign. On the bright side if you're denied you can try again after 90 days.

Not sure about the call back in 24 hours response...but Amex customer service has been less than adequate from my experience so who knows if thats correct information.

Usually a denial, though not always. Luckily the 90 day wait to try again is not a very long time.

Heck of a lot better than a flat out denial lol My denials were immediate! See what happens with your account tomorrow.
