Amex BCE app in limbo

So I did a prequalification and apped for the AMEX BCE. I forgot I had fraud alert on all 3 CR so I called to AMEX CS to verify after I apped. I already have received wait 14 day email. I gave CSR at AMEX all my info social name dob etc yesterday when I called. The CSR said they would call verified phone number shortly and no return call. So what is my app status now? Should I call again or wait or what?

Since you called them yesterday, wait it out today and then follow up again tomorrow. You can also check the status of the application online. Will keep fingers crossed for you for a positive outcome.

There is a 1800 number on the status screen on Amex website, but does anyone have a different number to call?
