I have been doing the pre-qualify link for AMEX since my BK7 in 2018. Even though I closed my Everyday card before my BK, and didn't burn them, it always said they didn't have anything for me. Today I tried and got offered the Platinum, Gold, And Blue Cash Preferred. I went ahead with the BCP app since it said I would know if I was approved before they pulled my credit. I got approved apparently, but I was assuming it would show me the limit, APR, etc. All it says is accept your card. I like the idea of getting back in with Amex, and the $250 SUB and the $0 annual fee for the first year sound great, but I'm not sure it's worth an HP and AAoA score drop with no solid info.
WWMD? (What would MyFICOers do? lol)

worst case scenario: you get $1k CL, get told no CLI until the BK falls off, $250 bonus, 6% back on groceries and streaming, a $7 monthly hulu credit, and hopefully a good Amex offer or two every once in awhile
there are better case scenario with higher starting CL's and if you obliterate them with spend and credit responsibility, maybe even a super rare golden bk CLI
If you're good with above, I take it honestly, it's either take it now, or take it later and lose out on the time showing amex that despite the bk, you're good now.
it might be Exp + TU HP as a "new" customer, just as a heads up
ideally, you go for the blue cash everyday and then get the blue cash preferred so you have the chance at both SUBs I even see a $250 SUB for the BCE. but given the BK, it's not a sure thing you'll be approved for the BCE.
In addition to what @GZG said, if you're wanting to get your foot back in the door with Amex, looks like they're inviting you in, I'd go for it. Best of luck!
What did they say when you called them?

That they can't give me the limit and APR until I accept because it doesn't generate that without an account number being created first.
UPDATE: I went ahead and accepted. Approval info and DPs HERE
