Around Oct 2023, I wasapproved for an Amex Plat. I then applied for BCP two weeks later. Amex decilned it citing an old FICO Score of 689. At the time of my application, my EX FICO was 710 but Amex cited EX FICO 689. I am interested in BCP and would like to re-apply for a possitive outcome.
Since Oct 2023, I have obtained 5 CC. Most recent app was on Jan 2, 2024.
Yesterday my EX reached 758. I logged into Amex and saw an offer of Delt Reserve. I am not sure "You are eligible for a limited time offer" is reliable at all

when you apply for the BCP, you'll see this language
which means no HP unless you are approved. and as a current customer, you are unlikely to be HP'd.
so just go to the application for the BCP and apply.
consider finding a referral which has an elevated SUB of $300 instead of $250
