OK, where is the Amex cli button at? I have looked everywhere on their site and can't find it.

Not necessarily. There have been reports of peeps getting the message and then logging in the next day and seeing a CLI.

I'll log in tomorrow and check, but I'm not holding my breath. I should have known better. They started me at $1K for a reason.

Just like there have been folks who get declined for the CLI   Just depends on the OPs profile.   Worse case scenario, OP can retry again in 90+ days.
