Amex Credit line increase

I opened amex account 2 years ago and i was going to try cli 

but its keep giving me error message that said loading error Sorry, we are unable to load this page at this time. Please try again later.

tried more than 5 times, keep giving me same message

is amex system shut down now?? anyone knows the reason??

It's possible they're experiencing system issues. Have you tried different browser, or clearing cookies and history?

Maybe system maintenance or something.  I'd just give it a bit and try again.

I tried other way like over phone they told me to try it later but it was 4th times

At what what point/screen are you getting the error message?  After the screen where you enter in your desired CL?

Just an FYI: That was happening to me while using Chrome (about 2 weeks ago). I tried on a different browser and it went through on the first try.

I had this in chrome, try edge. If that fails, try a private browsing window (Ctrl+Shift+N)
