Interesting. According to some folks on here and the CARD act, they can't raise AF on you for the same account inside the year. Maybe they figured out a way around that.

Yes. My understanding is the CARD Act's protections do not apply to business credit cards.

Yes. My understanding is the CARD Act's protections do not apply to business credit cards.
You understand correctly.
This is one of the risks associated with using business cards that are backed by the individual instead of the business entity; many of the laws and regulations put in place to protect consumers are specific to personal credit cards and don't apply to business cards.
