Amex declined my DW after she responded to 60,000 bonus mile mailer. Reasons were too short of history as an Amex customer and balances on non-AMEX accounts too high. She has a Gold Rewards and Everyday Cash CL $25k that's about 8 months old. If she called in would it be possible to get them to open the Delta card on recon if she would reduce her CL on the Everyday Cash?
Nope, not if it was a straight decline.. What is her overall Utilization? Also what is her utilization currently with the ED card? Weird they would decline her with that healthly of a CL and a gold card as well. Also what was her Exp score approx?
