Amex Simply Cash

So i received a mailer today from Amex with a $300 offer for their Simply Cash business card and i am wondering if this is a good offer? Secondly can i apply for another card using the same pull? If so which card, because i already have BCE and regularly receives 75,000 offer for PRG card?

1. I'm pretty sure it's a good offer.

2. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but my recollection is that the way an application for 2 cards would play out with Amex is this:

(a) your second app would go on hold for 5 days

(b) they would do a SP on first app (since you're already an Amex member);

(c) if they grant your first app they would do a soft pull on second app

(d) if they grant 2nd app they would not do a 2nd HP

Between my 5 amex cards in June and July i got 3 pulls. 1 for Spg and platinum, 1 for simplycash, 1 for prg and ED.

I applied for spg and simplycash at the same time but they don't process 2 revolving apps together.
