I have rebuilding my CS what does Amex costco looking for on application I really want a costco card

The Amex is a cobranded product it will soon transfer members to Citi as they have won the contact. On the positive side it is also an opportunity to get  in with Citi. Based on your scores you do stand a good chance, what is your AAOA ?

4 years but I app yesterday for 3 card chase freedom denied due 4 card in the last 2 years discover approve for 5500 back of America 2k and Barclay Denied without HP

Here is everything I have on AMEX Costco.  Applied in 12/2014 with 640 average FICO scores and 36K income. No baddies except for CA tax lien (appearing on EXP only) which I've been paying on for what seems like years now regularly.  Got card with 800 CL which was bumped to 1600 within a month.  (If memory serves me correct, I didn't request it; it just appeared)).  Recently talked with store mgr at Costco and he said that the changeover will happen no earlier than May 2016.  Now all my scores are above 700 (yippee-mostly due to myfico advice Smiley Happy).
