I'm fairly certain I already know the answer but Amex counts things by days correct?
so when people say "wait 90 days" they actually mean 90 days, and not 3 months.
so for example let's say the 90 days started on 6/5. Because 2 of the months had 31 days. 90 days would be 9/3. But 3 months would be 9/5 or 9/6
