No problem and good luck!
Good luck if you apply!
Sending you good vibes for an approval, @Zac1156! Give us the data points if/when you pull the trigger.
Good luck as well!! I got denied twice for the Amex Gold card! My FICO 8 is around 670 and 677 when I apped, I'm sure you'll get it!!
I say go for it. I was approved with 687. And I had a 9 year old BK on my CRs. I think you've got great odds! Did you do the prequal page? That thing seems to be very accurate!
Good luck, let us know if you get the card. I would be surprised if you do not, based on your score and the fact that you prequalify for the Green Card.
I had a FICO 8 score over 700 when I got mine, but I had a lot of weird things about my profile, mainly that my oldest account on Experian was three months old at the time. My only unsecured bankcard was one month old at the time. I got denied multiple times and eventually they demanded tax transcripts, I think simply as a way to make me stop applying. Then while I was on a vacation, I got an email saying that my application that had already been cancelled had been approved. I don't know how or why (I had ignored the demand for tax transcripts and I had not reapplied after my last application was cancelled), but I didn't argue. Amex is great, and once you have one card with them, it is enormously easier to get cards #2 and beyond.
