It depends on what you would like to have, and what kind of spend you would usually have. They have a variety of travel cards, and some cash back cards as well.
Probably the cash back. I was trying to find info on how it works and went down a rabbit hole. I've found that the payment is different than traditional credit cards, there is no limit but there is a limit..very confusing..

No that's the charge cards you're talking about.
But Amex has plenty of regular revolving credit cards, which do have clear credit limits.
The personal cash back cards are:
-Blue Cash Everyday
-Blue Cash Preferred
-Cash Magnet
Oh boy! Something else added lol! I see what you mean. So these have preset credit limits. I heard that Amex will reduce your credit limit with heavy usuage. Is that true?
Is it ok to carry a balance or should it really be paid off in full? Considered the Blue Cash preferred because it has 0% apr for 12 months plus various ways to earn cash back.

Nope. I have a BCP. Started 1000. Used it like crazy. Auto CLI. But I'm a BK'er and that wasnt suppose to happen. Next day I asked for a CLI. In 24 hrs. 1000 to 9500.

No that's not true. I don't know where you heard that from but that's baloney.

It's better to pay off in full every month.
