Yes, I read the ordeal they put you through, and I feel for ya. My first approval was a verification and they all went the same way. I called, answered questions and STILL had to fax in. I did so without issue. I've never seen an overnight package ship for $3 so wow on that! I would take that route too lol. I'm glad you were approved Taxi and hopefully your next Chase card will be a smoother process, and I hope the same for OP.

Called this morning and answered the questions, 1. car laon through who, howmuch? and whats my age and birthdate! Still had to fax in driver license and now I have to wait 2 weeks! I went up to the chase branch and had them fax it for me. Nobody knows if I'm approved or not, such a mystery!

Ok. I guess you did not take advice. Now. 5 days from now. They will say it's too dark to read. Old fax machine. Copy it now. Send it certified mail. It will cost $3.49. Then the will have you approved by Friday. I did exactly as you did. It took 11 days. But it will be approved if you don't give up. If 30 days pass. They will want another hp. Note. If you want address where to send. I have it. Pm me. Also you need your reference number.  I think I can't put that out on forum.
