My Discover Chrome was unsecured with a CLI to $1800 in late June, followed by 2 CLI denials (late Sept, early Dec) for insufficient experience with current credit limit. Just for kicks I decided to try again about a week ago and was denied again for the same reason. No real harm with it being a soft pull. I don't really need a CLI on it but would be nice as it's my lowest limit card.

It took 6 years to receive a CLI. I had a $200 limit for 6 long years. It was a Discover IT Student secured card.

CLD June 2022 same time DH account was close due to inactivity. Balance of $15K paid Oct 2020
3rd CLI Feb 2023
Current limit $3800
