I only have one Citizen CC. I do have two Home Depot store cards. No offers.
WELCOME TO THE CLUB
<caps intenional>
I think your score is too high and they prob feel they cn't make any $$$ off of you! lol
as many have said, citi and cap one for exmple, like to see balanace carried within reason to charge you interest.
mayve increase your utili a little bit more?
I kind of sort of received an offer from Citi when I was paying my account. Premium card, no credit check, but an AF of $95 waived the first year. I passed on it since I won't pay an AF. I don't travel that much except by car. Trips are to family where I stay. Hopefully, the first of more.
ROOOOOOOOOAD trip with @CorpCrMgr1 haha. Lets load up our credit cards (make sure they have enough food and bathroom breaks! hahahaha)
when gas was higher in my area, it was actually more expensive to travel by car. I, for one, like traveling by car because I can take with me what I want (and I like my car lol... comfy!) and because I live and work within a mile, I rarely get to drive the car I spend 800+ a month on for that stupid car payment LOL luckily my ins is only 140 compared to so many people aying 300 for insurance these days. good lord ins has gotten crazy everywhere
Three hour trip to my daughter and her family. Ten hour trip to my sister and her family. If I flew to Nashville I'd still have to rent a car and drive over two hours. Vegas is my only fly destination.
i did have an AA CC, but dropped it over the AF.
are your credit reports frozen? if so, you won't get the same stuff since they can't access it so easily
Never freeze them.
@CorpCrMgr1 wrote:Am I alone in asking this? It's been awhile since I've received a request to apply for credit. Except for the cashier at Walgreens telling me I'm pre-approved, I'm not getting pop ups, emails, or snail mail. The only credit snail mail is for "high" yield savings. All are below or at my current yield. Also the switch banks for various amount of money.
My Fico 8 scores are Exp 834 and Equ 840. Last CC application was January, 2023. Utilization is about 1%. No derogatory.
No, I really don't want a Walgreen CC even though it's going on a year and a half of pre-approval.
I hope this is posted in the correct thread.
I've been seeing a lot of business credit card offers at BoA and Chase. The BoA SUB offer comes and goes every few weeks. I can't wait to get under 5/24 and see what Chase has to offer. But that won't be until next Feb.
Over the last several weeks I've received offers-to-apply and pre-selections either via email or USPS for BMO Cashback, Venmo, Petco, AAA Advantage, and Citi Rewards+ cards. Not going to try for any of them.
