What do i need to know before i app for the Chase Amazon Prime Visa? Any Rules?
Is this card easier to get then the freedom cards?
Where should i app? Via Chase or Amazon.com?
What are my odds of approval?
Age and Util on My cards:
Total Age: 11.8 Months
Total Util: 7.3%
And i have a active Finn by Chase checking account since 12-18
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you Team

Well, it falls under 5/24 now and your'e at 4/24. So, the door is open to apply.
I did mine through Amazon for the free GC they were offering at the time. I don't think it really matters other than when you do it through Amazon it gets tied to your amazon account immediately for use.
Considering your scores and spacing of your other 2 Chase cards you should be good to go. They'll give you a temp limit at approval of 5K and your real llimit will show up under your Chase login.
should i lower my total util to get a lower APR and higher SL?
or just lower util on my freedoms cards?

I wouldn't put the effort into either scenario and just apply. You're more than ideal when it comes to approval. There's not much variance in what you posted for benefit on the approval. now if you were showing 30% or more I would say otherwise.
You only need to worry about APR if you're not PIF and Amazon should be PIF anyway... collect the 5% if your'e a prime member and pass go to collect your $50-$70.
Ok, looking at the Amazon application offer is $50 w/o prime and $70 w/ prime.
im on the month to month prime membership right now, but can i still get it?
what if i cancel prime for a month or 2, would i still be able to go back to the 5%? or would chase/amazon deactivate the card if i cancel prime?

Sorry, but you should not tell a poster they'll receive a specific limit , albeit temporary or not, as no one here can predict someone's starting limit , let alone from Chase. Not everyone gets a temporary limit nor does the Chase Amazon get 5k sl because its a siggy, just in case some may think so. Thank you

If you skip a month it just reverts to the 3% option and if you upgrade again it flips back to 5%.

I thought the Amazon Prime Visa bypassed 5/24 or has that changed in the last year or so?
Virtually all Chase cards have been under 5/24 for awhile now.
I can't think of a single one they currently offer that isn't under 5/24 at this point.
